The views from my room were stunning, showcasing the

beautiful waterfront of Puerto Montt. The room was modern and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. However, the hotel’s location next to the bus terminal felt unsafe at night, which was a notable downside.

Food quality in the restaurant lacked variety and value for money!!! Enhancing English communication among staff would significantly help non-Spanish speaking guests!!! A fitted tea kettle in the room would elevate the experience!!!

However, the noise from the bus terminal is noticeable at times, and the absence of parking options can be inconvenient. Additionally, while the staff was friendly, some English communication barriers were evident. Overall, the peaceful sea views did provide a lovely respite.
